Health has
always been very important factor in my life. I try to maintain eating
well, but it never really goes out as planned because I have
a hard time trying to keep
up with what I eat and how
I eat it. I hate making different goals for myself trying
to make it grow harder and more difficult for myself with
life it’s hard to keep
an every day schedule of what you can eat and how. I even
put applications on my
phone to remind me every day of what I may need to eat and
how I am suppose to
eat it. Dieting comes so hard for me. I know that working out helps a lot of burning
off the calories and it helps me to persist onto my goals. The goals that I make
every day for myself to achieve. I won't give up the fight of eating better. I know
that one day I will get there.
